Original title: Win 7 64bit and HP Color LaserJet CP2025dn Laser PrinterI have a brand new Vostro 260 from Dell with Win7 Pro 64-bit and Office 2010 only installed. It ran fine the two days it took me to transfer favorites and some word documents. After I installed HP's latest recomendded print driver for the 2025 64bit Ihit print test page and the system immediately cold rebooted with no error in the logs. I thought it was a one time occurance but the user experiences the reboots throughout the day and mainly when printing.
I removed the HP recomended driver and installedthe universal and had the same problem. Per Dell they had me reimage the system and it worked fine again until I reinstalled the same printer. This is Network printer and not connected via USB. I have also eliminated Adobe being the problem with PDF'sby using Foxit as an alternative and the problem still occurs. For other troubleshooting I setup to log and not reboot upon errors but it still just shuts completely down and reboots with no logs. I have a windows 7 32 bit and XP 32 bit that prints fine withno problems to this printer.
